Ballhog is a safety aid intended to help prevent balls from entering the street and to encourage children to stay within a play zone. It is not a substitute for active adult supervision. Children must be supervised at all times when playing near driveways, roads, or vehicles.

While Ballhog is designed to provide an added layer of protection, no safety product can guarantee injury prevention or eliminate all risk. Ballhog Safety Systems Inc. makes no guarantees, expressed or implied, that its products will prevent accidents or injuries.

By using this product, you assume all responsibility for the proper installation, maintenance, and supervision of children around the play area. Ballhog Safety Systems Inc. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of its products.
